Strength and conditioning forms a key part of our sports specific fitness training in Chelsea, London.
Insider Training Europe™ sports specific fitness training integrates strength and conditioning with
techniques replicating the movements of your sport. We build a very precise training program based
on elements unique to your sport such as movement patterns, loads, volumes and tempos.

We adapt all our training for your particular needs as an athlete, including techniques to develop
balance, agility, speed, power, strength and flexibility. The process between the personal trainer and
the athlete starts with an initial needs assessment. This takes place in the sporting field and consists
of an hour or more of observation in action. Only after this is achieved can the next step begin which
entails working on the detailed understanding of the athlete's kinetic profile, looking at the open and
closed chain movements, in order to develop the specific exercises to achieve the best results of their
sport performance. We understand that mental strength training is just as important to an athlete as their
physical fitness training.

Your motivation is an important key to your success and we use sports, health and exercise psychology
techniques such as SMART goal setting, imagery, energy management, self-talk as part of our
programmes and our commitment to help you achieve your goals.

Our sports, health and exercise psychologist works hand in hand with our athletes to reinforce the
fitness programme. Insider Training Europe™ was founded by a champion dressage rider and tennis
player, so we are particularly adept at equestrian and tennis training but our team also have
considerable experience in training athletes from every sporting background - from skiing to golf.
